Day3

our faces when we were without proper breakfast, having only horrible tasting milk tea and biscuits

the only picture we have at kota mahsuri, cos we all cheapos didnt wana pay rm5.00 to enter just to see a tomb which was already shown in the poster, just a little bit smaller in size ;p

the majestic beras terbakar! shown on our map as a tourist attraction. we expected acres of burnt field

and then we saw this. less than a bowl of black burnt rice

guess whose legs?

We left awana at 11.30am. Rushed all the way to the jetty at Kuah town cos the time for our bustickets at 1.30pm could not be changed. Ferry arrived on mainland kuala perlis at 1.45pm. had to take two cabs to chase after the bus which stopped at the next station.
*phew*

Got back home at 12.30am friday.

It was wonderful seeing all my friends once again. 9months ago they left to various places in dublin and uk, but they came back all the same. With sweet memories of the times we shared, laughed, sang, and cried, who would have thought that we all will still be as close as this one again?

Day2

Our day practically started after lunch cos many of us couldnt wake up. Most of us slept very late the night before. Talking and having fun.

On our way to the waterfall, chris drove!

It was the first time for many of us, and it was the highlight of this trip!

We changed to Awana Porto Malai for the 2nd and 3rd night. They stay was great. All nine of us packed ourselves into a twin double bedroom.

Sunday

Christina, hong ping and i met at carrefour, subang to shop for some junk food and a few bottles of mineral water. It was 3pm then. We decided to take a bus from the bus stop opposite of carrefour entrace an hour later. A bus came and we were on our way, apparently. The bus took us all into the depth of usj area where we wouldnt go by ourselves. It sort of side tracked a bit to pick up more passengers. We exchanged bus at the roadside opposite pyramid. Then we were on our way to pudu station. Our friend, fabian bought us bus tickets which will leave at 12.00 midnight.

The three of us met fabian outside the station. We walked to KFC and chilled there while waiting for shirley to arrive from sg. Five of us walked with our luggages all the way to a makan place opposite sungei wang plaza. At 10.00pm mr terry called and decided to wait at pudu station because the traffic was terrible around that area. 10.20pm, sarene joined us at our table. Ten minutes later, ai wui arrived and temaned mr terry in pudu. 10.40pm, we all started walking back to the station. Kesian them both..

Okay enough of words, let's move on with pictures.

When I was younger,

We passed by a couple of times,

Heading towards our own seats,

And life went on just like that...

I remember it until today,

The look on your face when you walked past me,

And I know for sure I meant nothing...

Then I got a little older,

Before I sleep I thought about it,

Things start to make sense now...

I learn that things dont go my way,

Your thoughts are not my thoughts,

Nor your ways my ways...

Today my eyes are open,

To see the things your mighty hands have done,

And I thank you for that...

Life is so uncertain

Friends come and go
but I am certain some are true

Anxiety fills my heart
